North Star Paranormal Investigation team member Ryan has had an interest in the paranormal since middle school.

Ryan grew up watching the original TAPS TV series every Wednesday night and still watches that show along with anything paranormal today. Ryan's best memory growing up was from TAPS during the lighthouse investigation when the team captured something leaning over the top railing looking down at the camera. Ryan got an interest in paranormal investigations to try and capture his own paranormal evidence as legendary as that moment.

Ryan has had over 10 years of investigative experience and hopes to bring facts, laughter and entertainment to the group. Ryan has always stated that this group will never exaggerate or create its own evidence for views and will just present facts and evidence and leave it to the viewer to make their own decision on if a location is haunted or not.

Kendal's interest in the paranormal is rooted not just in curiosity, but in a formative experience that defied easy explination.

As a child, he lived in a house where he repeatedly perceived auditory phenomena - measured footsteps moving through empty hallways and indistinct voices emerging without any identifiable source. These events occurred under conditions that, to him, ruled out ordinary explanations, leaving a lasting impression that something beyond conventional understanding might be at play.

Rather than dismissing those experiences, Kendal grew up determined to approach them with a more analytical mindset. As an adult, he connected with a group of like-minded individuals who shared a commitment to investigating reported paranormal activity through structured observations and documentation. Together, they explore locations associated with unexplained reports, using controlled methods, environmental monitoring, and audio/visual recording equipment to collect data.

Kendal approaches each investigation with a balance of skepticism and openness, aiming to distinguish between natural explanations - such as environmental noise, structural acoustics, or psychologial factors - and phenomena that remain unresolved. His early experiences continue to inform his work, not as proof of the paranormal, but as a catalyst for ongoing inquire into the boundaries of perception and reality.

Northstar Investigator Chris that started back as a child when his grandfather passed away in his childhood home on Christmas Day in 1985.

Every year around Christmas time, several unexplained things would happen. A bible that Chris' grandfather would read would be found open to a specific page that he would read to Chris' sister. The smell of his grandfather's cologne would appear in the upstairs bathroom, even though it could not be smelled at any other time of the year.

These experiences started a life-long interest in the paranormal and the concept of life after death.
